Following options available on standard blog posts.

Those options are not available on Regular Blog listing.

Caption Background : Transparent or Visible options are available.

Caption Type : Title and Data, Title Only, Title-Date and Excerpt, Title-Date-Excerpt and inline Read More Link, Empty options are available.

Caption Position : Top, Right, Bottom and Left options are available.

Custom Thumbnail Coloring;

Thumbnail Icon : Select an icon for your thumbnail. Only available on Blog : Metro page template.

Overlay Color : Overlay background color in RGBA format. That means you can even set opacity color.

Overlay Text Color : Text color of your caption.
